This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious administrative professional looking to gain exposure to senior executive leadership within a sophisticated, growing organization.

  • Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure executive priorities are communicated and executed efficiently.
  • Anticipate scheduling challenges, competing priorities, and administrative needs before they arise.
  • Facilitate effective communication and follow-through across the leadership team.
Operational Excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and executive workflows.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, following through independently and proactively.
  • Provide additional administrative support and assist with special projects as business needs evolve.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leadership, ideally at the VP, SVP, or C-suite level.
