We provide care both in-person at our offices across Texas and virtually so our patients can be seen at their convenience.

Through a combination of exceptional medical and psychological care and best-in-class technology, we provide an unparalleled approach that serves our patients’ needs in an integrated way. Join us in our mission to ensure that every person has access to affordable and accessible mental health care.

About The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the leadership team at PsychPlus by ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and seamless communication across departments. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and project support, helping leadership stay focused on strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Your work will be essential in maintaining structure, improving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

  • Represent the executive office with professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the executive leadership team.
  • Manage complex scheduling, communications, and coordination across multiple priorities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of organizational initiatives and special projects.
  • Prepare and manage confidential information, correspondence, and executive documentation.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address operational and logistical matters.
  • Support leadership in maintaining organizational efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making through research, preparation, and coordination efforts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive-level or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with executive and organizational goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other productivity software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Our mentality is to find the best, attract the best, and pay the best talent—which is why we prioritize quality over quantity of hires. While we offer zero-stress medical, dental, and vision coverage, competitive salaries, and a generous PTO policy, we're way more excited to tell you about a few "perks" that are unique to PsychPlus. We’ve spent time thinking through what it means to be a modern mental health company and how we can better align these additional perks with our mission and values.

Additional Information

The expected base salary for this role is between $50,000 to $60,000 annually at the start of employment. Final base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors such as location and years of experience. In addition to compensation, PsychPlus Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options, and other company-sponsored benefits.

So—what do you think? If you’ve made it this far, well, we’re excited to meet you too. Just one more thing that we want you to remember: we pride ourselves on our meritocratic, performance-driven culture. We are a startup and move at the speed of light. You might be required to wear multiple hats at any given time. There’s no room for complacency. Your scope of responsibility and opportunity to make a difference will be uncapped at Psychplus, but we need your commitment that you will work tirelessly for our patients, parents, and partners. At the end of day, our team is committed to helping you succeed at Psychplus because when you succeed, our patients succeed, and we get one step closer to solving the mental health crisis.
