Job summary

PsychPlus in Houston is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across both in-person Texas locations and nationwide virtual care. Lead the Commercial Growth of a Rapidly Expanding Behavioral Health Organization

PsychPlus is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a commercially driven leader who can build and execute a scalable growth strategy across a rapidly expanding behavioral healthcare organization. The CCO will work closely with executive leadership to identify new growth opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and build the commercial infrastructure needed to support PsychPlus continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PsychPlus overall commercial and revenue-growth strategy
• Identify and pursue new market, partnership, and business development opportunities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives across healthcare, employer, payer, and other relevant channels
• Build and strengthen relationships with key strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders
• Develop and manage commercial goals, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue performance
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing commercial and business development teams
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on company-wide growth initiatives
• Evaluate new markets, service lines, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion
• Establish scalable sales and business development processes to support continued organizational growth
• Represent PsychPlus with senior executives, healthcare organizations, strategic partners, and other external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior-level leadership experience in commercial strategy, sales, business development, or revenue growth
• Strong track record of building and executing successful commercial strategies
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare and/or behavioral healthcare markets
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive organizational growth
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly strategic, analytical, and results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant executive-level experience preferred

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Full-time executive leadership position
• Monday–Friday Onsite in Houston, Texas
• Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and future growth of PsychPlus
