Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes (JAMGL) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team. You will help manage daily operations, board coordination, and community engagement across JAMGL’s 52-county footprint.
The role involves scheduling, correspondence, data input in D365, report generation, and support for events and volunteers. A strong emphasis on accuracy, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork is essential.

Provide administrative support to members of the leadership team such that it facilitates goal attainment. The leadership team is responsible for the running of the JAMGL daily operations, as well as programmatic goal attainment, financial goal attainment, board management and community involvement across the 52-county footprint. The Executive Assistant will support the leaders in all these initiatives.
3 years administrative experience, excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office), outstanding character and integrity, outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and function effectively under pressure.
Associate or bachelor's Degree, work with data bases or CRM databases, experience in non-profit settings.
