Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Program Manager based in Nashville to lead planning, coordination, and execution of K-5 JA classroom programs and JA Future Ready Leaders across 30+ counties. The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Junior Achievement’s K-5 classroom and JA Future Ready Leaders programs. This role ensures high‑quality program delivery, cultivates relationships with schools and educators, and supports the organization’s mission to empower young people to own their economic success.
This position will be based in Nashville, TN and responsible for JAMT’s 30+ county geographic area. This role’s focus for the 2026-27 school year will be service to JAMT’s counties with existing interest in these learning experiences, but with an expectation to serve all JAMT counties as needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and enjoys working with people. They should feel comfortable handling many schedules and tasks in a fast‑paced nonprofit environment.
