AssetGuard Products, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO and leadership team. The role manages the CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and expense reports, and supports organizational initiatives from planning through completion.
You will collaborate with the VP of Operations and Director of Sales, coordinating meetings, preparing pre-read materials, and ensuring timely updates to teams. Strong MS Office and CRM experience are required.

Position Summary: The Executive Assistant is the primary administrative partner to AssetGuard's President & CEO and provides direct support to the company's leadership team. This role will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, delivering communications to the company leadership team, booking travel, completing expense reports, and managing meetings including delivery of pre-meeting and post-meeting information. This role will also manage the timelines and action items associated with organizational initiatives from planning through completion, including initiatives being led by the VP of Operations and Director of Sales.
