We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, tech-forward Executive Assistant to join the Office of the CEO. This role serves as a trusted extension of the CEO, providing executive, operational, governance, and communication support to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, governance, communication, and executive leadership. You'll help prepare leaders for critical decisions, manage Board activities, coordinate executive initiatives, create impactful communications, and ensure organizational priorities continue moving forward effectively.

What You'll Do
Executive Operations & Strategic Support
- Serve as a trusted partner and proactive extension of the CEO.
- Anticipate priorities, identify potential risks, and prepare leaders for key decisions.
- Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Track strategic initiatives and leadership commitments to drive accountability and follow-through.
- Develop executive briefings, presentations, and communications.
- Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across the Executive Team and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison to GreenPath's Board of Directors and support governance activities as Assistant Secretary to the Board.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and material distribution.
- Maintain governance records, meeting minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and other official corporate documentation.
- Support compliance with governance requirements and board processes.
- Build trusted relationships with Board members and create a seamless, professional Board experience.
- Plan and execute executive meetings, board meetings, retreats, and special events.
- Design engaging experiences that support collaboration, strategic alignment, and decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics and communications while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure meetings are purposeful, polished, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Communications & Content Development
- Create and refine executive presentations, reports, and organizational communications.
- Translate complex information into clear, compelling, and visually effective content.
- Support executive storytelling and leadership communications that advance GreenPath's mission and priorities.
Technology & AI-Enabled Productivity
- Leverage technology and modern productivity tools to streamline executive operations and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to synthesize information, support content development, and enhance decision-making while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and stakeholder experiences through innovation and technology.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Board governance, corporate secretary functions, or Board operations.
- Nonprofit governance experience.
- Experience with Board management platforms such as BoardEffect.
- Experience utilizing AI tools and digital productivity solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
