Job description

Location: Fort Lee, NJ

Pay Rate: Up to $40/hour | $95K annually if converted to permanent

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site

LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a high-level executive and their family. This dynamic role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a variety of personal and professional tasks with discretion and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive and their spouse/family
  • Act as the liaison between the Principals and domestic staff
  • Manage all communications including emails, calls, and external contacts
  • Coordinate medical appointments, pre-authorizations, and handle medical claims processing
  • Plan and manage complex travel itineraries and social calendars
  • Utilize stenography/speed writing when needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a busy executive and their family
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a proactive mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong background in managing travel arrangements and healthcare coordination
