Based at the Support Centre in Syston, Leicestershire, the role is hybrid with 3–4 days in the office weekly.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, organised, highly motivated Executive Assistant to support two Executive Directors – the CFO and the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary – and light support for our Non-Exec Directors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a successful, fast paced company, delivering a high service and interacting with all areas of the business.
The role will be based at our Support Centre in Syston, Leicestershire and will require occasional visits to other sites across the country. We operate a hybrid working environment, but this role will involve 3-4 days in our office each week.
Supporting the CFO and the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary in their Executive roles through organisation and general management. Ensuring they have what they need on a day-to-day basis. Working collaboratively as part of the EA team.
liaising with different stakeholders across the business and building strong relationships. Having strong interpersonal skills will be key.
this role takes on a variety of different responsibilities and requires flexibility – you’ll get involved with everything from diary management to preparing documentation for board meetings.
