Company/Position Overview

Our client, a family‑owned company with a singular focus on sports teams and their real estate around the world, is seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant and Administrator to join their Denver office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and demonstrates strong judgment and business acumen. The work environment is low on bureaucracy and high in entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Provide high‑level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Draft and edit documents, correspondence, and reports in Microsoft Word
  • Assist in preparing visually appealing materials for meetings, proposals, and events
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (including liaising with private jet operator)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support project management tasks and ensure timely follow‑up on action items
  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports
Operations Support
  • Plan, coordinate, and/or support activities and events
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, budget, invite list, and research activities
  • Arrange catering for meetings and events
  • Support client contact list maintenance
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors
Qualifications / Skills Required
  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
