Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to make a real impact?

We're seeking an exceptional ExecutiveAssistant to support three dynamic VP-level executives in our HR department, including VP Enterprise Learning & Leadership Development and VP Clinical Talent Advancement.

What You'll Do

Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings

Arrange travel and handle executive-level correspondence

Create polished PowerPoint presentations and professional documents

Provide confidential administrative support for sensitive projects

Build relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted liaison

What We're Looking For

5-7 years of executive-level administrative experience

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint!)

Professional presence with exceptional communication abilities

Multitasking professional who thrives in fast-paced environments

Discretion & confidentiality - you'll handle sensitive information
