This role provides high-level administrative, governance, and coordination support, managing executive priorities, complex calendars, board and senior leadership interactions, and sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism. The Executive Assistant anticipates needs, facilitates seamless information flow across the organization, and ensures preparedness for key meetings, decisions, and external engagements. With a deep understanding of healthcare operations and confidentiality requirements, the Executive Assistant represents the office with credibility, judgment, and precision, contributing directly to organizational effectiveness and leadership impact.

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $63,739.87 to $95,609.81
