Job summary

ARCO/Murray in Austin, TX seeks an Executive Assistant to join a results-driven team. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare presentations, and support cross-department planning.

This role centers on organization, proactive problem-solving, and professional client interactions in a fast-paced construction environment. You’ll support budgeting, vendor management, records control, and event planning while leveraging Word/Excel, Salesforce, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Bluebeam experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive management style.
  • Ability to manage different personalities.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and meeting management; including scheduling and travel coordination.
  • Conducting research and creating PowerPoint presentations on an as needed basis
  • Manage communication and act as liaison between internal departments, Principals, and other executives
  • Assist with internal business planning and assembly of departmental business plans
  • General records management and document control
  • Event registration and planning
  • Client relations (purchasing gifts, scheduling/planning off-site events, etc.)
  • Salesforce data entry, report building, and system management
  • Expense reporting
  • Manage relationships with the property manager to address any building announcements and/or address any office maintenance issues
  • Develop office budget and manage vendor relationships and negotiations in order to stay within the budget
  • Ensure proper stock of all office supplies and equipment
  • Ensure office common spaces are always presentable, with a focus on client-facing spaces
