The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the VP Security Operations and several other Senior Managers and AVPs in the Security, Engineering & Technology Operations areas. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and handle various tasks to ensure the executive office operates efficiently.

In this worksite-based role, you'll work onsite at a defined location which is Ashburn, VA.
A Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of administrative or related experience
Executive support experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and partners, and thriving in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment
Some evenings and weekends may be required
Have or be willing to get a USG clearance
Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Take notes at meetings and prepare meeting summaries.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Arrange meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
Handle confidential information and documents with discretion.
Assist with special projects and research as needed.
Process expense reports and other financial documents.
Coordinate and support monthly and quarterly business reviews and financial meetings.
Manage and track compliance on enterprise deadlines.
Managing distribution lists to support team communications.
Assisting with employee engagement events.
Processing PO requests and invoice payments for routine orders - office supplies, bereavement flowers, etc.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
