Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation; prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of executives
  • Support the creation of communications and presentations for leadership, including internal meetings, board-level materials, and status updates
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives, including emails, calls, and documentation
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including supply management, workspace coordination, and administrative logistics
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and logistics (materials, meals, technology, etc.)
  • Assist in gathering and organizing information for decision-making, reporting, and maintaining documentation systems
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, including research and coordination across teams
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Job description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient time management, effective communication, and smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, coordinating schedules, communications, and key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
