Job summary

Smart Circle International is seeking an Associate Manager in Newport Beach to partner directly with C-suite and executives. You will turn complex data into sharp performance insights, financial models, and strategic recommendations driving growth for assigned client accounts.

You will own executive-level performance analysis, forecast stress-testing, and incentive design, collaborating with business owners to close performance gaps and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, FP&A, or related strategic role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel; Tableau or BI tools experience; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and executives, informing decisions in real time.
• Own commercial strategy analysis across sales, profitability, forecasting, and compensation design.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, pro forma P&Ls, incentive structures, scenario analyses.
• Weigh trade-offs, risk, and resource allocation with sales leaders and owners.
• Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards (Excel/Tableau) for live leadership discussions.
• Stress-test assumptions and forecasts early to surface issues.
