Job summary

NiCE is seeking a strategic AI product leader to drive the design and launch of conversational AI agents that power large-scale customer interactions. You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers and GTM teams to translate business needs into actionable agent designs and deployment plans.

In this role you’ll balance high-level vision with hands-on execution, manage multiple concurrent projects, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects.
• History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.
• You won't be writing code daily, but you need enough technical depth to hold your own alongside engineers and PMs.
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Practical understanding of deploying AI that serves real customers at volume.

• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting evolution and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent, complex agent projects with high visibility.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and data-driven insights.
• Surface data-driven action items to improve customer outcomes and decisions.
