Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in Asset & Wealth Management Technology to lead complex, multi-functional technology programs across the firm. You will translate business, technical, and operational goals into actionable workstreams, manage budgets and resources, and influence senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management.
• Strong knowledge of modern technology concepts including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Consulting background with ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and measure outcomes.
• Experience breaking down complex objectives into actionable tasks and managing projects through their lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-powered applications.
• Experience planning leadership meetings, strategic events, and managing multiple client projects and workstreams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and develop roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development technology strategy and priorities, and execution and delivery across the technology and business teams
• Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and qualify the implications and outcomes
• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and innovation opportunities using public and non-public sources
• Develop work plans to test and evaluate strategies and insights spanning process improvement and organizational change
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
• Advise and influence senior leaders and executives on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction throughout engagement
• Collaborate with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams; maintain composure in difficult meetings
• Identify roadblocks and escalate issues as needed
