Associated Bank is seeking an AI Portfolio, Adoption & Governance Senior Principal to shape how AI investments are prioritized, governed, adopted, and measured across the enterprise. This highly visible role partners with senior leaders to drive meaningful business outcomes through AI and governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, governance, strategic planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing business cases, governance frameworks, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI portfolio, including use-case intake, evaluation, prioritization, and investment governance.
• Drive executive-level portfolio reviews, decision-making forums, and strategic planning discussions.
• Develop and enhance AI governance frameworks, operating models, policies, and accountability processes.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and security teams to align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.
• Establish methods to measure AI adoption, business value, ROI, and benefits realization.
• Lead enterprise AI literacy, training, communications, and change enablement programs.
• Build and support the AI Champion network to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the organization.
• Deliver executive reporting and insights on portfolio performance, investments, adoption, and business outcomes.
