Job summary

IBM Global Sales seeks an Executive Advisor to shape and scale presence in the American market. This senior operator role carries strategic customer work in priority accounts and builds the Executive Advisory motion across AMER, delivering measurable business value from data streaming and transformation programs.

You'll work with CIO/CTO/CDO leaders, translate ambitions into actionable roadmaps, and create reusable plays that accelerate adoption and account growth across IBM's strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive advisory or senior technology consulting.
• Track record of operating credibly with CIO/CTO/CDO or equivalent leaders.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive momentum across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive advisory engagements in strategic AMER accounts.
• Translate transformation goals into practical steps, frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Create reusable IP, playbooks, and narratives to scale the function across accounts.
