Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive advisory or senior technology consulting.
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong bias for action and ability to move ideas into tangible results.
• Familiarity with business-case shaping, ROI/TCO framing, and commercial storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive advisory engagements in strategic AMER accounts, shaping vision, operating model, governance, and adoption paths for large-scale data streaming transformation.
• Translate ambitious goals into practical next steps, decision frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Create momentum and reusable intellectual property to accelerate adoption and scale across accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, solutions engineering, professional services, and partners to maximize impact in strategic opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders; drive accountability and delivery beyond advisory work.
