At Impel-Consultants, we partner with organisations seeking to strengthen marketing performance, accelerate sustainable growth, and apply AI in practical, responsible ways.
As an Executive Advisor, Marketing Growth & Strategy, you will help marketing and commercial leaders turn growth priorities into practical, actionable strategies. You will bring structured thinking, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder engagement to work that improves how organisations reach, engage, and retain customers.
This is a senior, client-facing advisory role. The title reflects the level of strategic stakeholder engagement and advisory responsibility; it does not represent an internal executive appointment.
The Client or Stakeholder Problem You’ll Help Solve
Growth-focused organisations often need clearer marketing priorities, stronger alignment across stakeholders, and practical ways to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and decision-making.
You will support client teams as they assess marketing opportunities, shape go-to-market priorities, and evaluate responsible AI-enabled workflows that can improve marketing operations, customer insight, content development, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
Why Your Background Matters
Your experience will help leaders move from broad growth ambitions to focused plans and practical next steps. You will be trusted to facilitate productive discussions, interpret relevant performance and stakeholder insight, and develop recommendations that fit each client’s commercial context.
Relevant experience may come from marketing strategy, growth marketing, consulting, agency strategy, business development, customer experience, digital transformation, or organisational leadership. Equivalent experience will be considered.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
- Advise client organisations on marketing-growth strategy, marketing performance, and practical commercial priorities.
- Partner with marketing leaders, commercial stakeholders, and client teams to clarify objectives, identify challenges, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Design and facilitate virtual and occasional in-person workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
- Support practical, responsible evaluation of AI-enabled marketing workflows across areas such as customer insight, content development, marketing operations, campaign planning, and decision-making.
- Translate data, performance indicators, customer insight, and stakeholder input into clear priorities and implementation roadmaps.
- Help client teams strengthen audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, conversion opportunities, customer retention, and marketing efficiency.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
- Consider data privacy, client confidentiality, brand standards, quality controls, and applicable policies when evaluating AI-enabled approaches.
