Job summary

The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) seeks qualified candidates to support the Office of the Director for the Division of Parole and Probation. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years of administrative staff or professional work experience.
  • Substitutions allowed: 30 credit hours for each year of experience; Bachelor's degree and one year experience; Master's degree; military service as described.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive priorities for the Director's Office and manage day-to-day workflow.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and agency units; communicate with interest groups and individuals.
  • Analyze issues and recommend updates to legislation and operating standards to improve agency effectiveness.
  • Lead special projects and manage sensitive or confidential information as needed.
