We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with internal administrative tasks and providing support to various company operations, including individual tasks for the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with internal administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling/ managing appointments, managing calendars, and upkeep of office supplies.
  2. Follow up on various company operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  3. Provide administrative support to the CEO, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing communications.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operation of the office.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both Korean and English, with native-level proficiency in English.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Excellent document processing skills, with the ability to create and edit documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  6. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  1. 4 hour shift
  2. 8 hour shift
  3. Monday to Friday
