Our Pratt Whitney Global Strategy & Transformation organization is seeking a highly experienced, highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant - Strategy & Transformation.
This is an onsite based opportunity located at our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Strategy & Transformation leadership team, including senior executives and key leaders across the organization.
In this fast-paced, highly visible environment, you will play a critical role in enabling the leadership team to operate effectively by anticipating needs, managing priorities, coordinating complex activities, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
This is a highly collaborative, executive-facing role that requires a strong onsite presence. The successful candidate will work onsite at least 3-4 days per week and will serve as a trusted, visible partner to the Strategy & Transformation leadership team, employees, and internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. You anticipate needs before they become issues, exercise sound judgment with confidential information, and are able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment where priorities can change frequently.
