Job summary

LeoForce in Warren, OH is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. This role goes beyond traditional admin, supporting the leadership team with calendar management, travel coordination, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll help maintain organized files, handle communications, and assist with onboarding, accounts payable, and HR processes. The position is onsite, 36 hours per week, with a clear path to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for leadership
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups/action items
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and day-to-day logistics
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication
  • Keep things moving—anticipate needs, solve problems, and stay one step ahead
  • Help maintain organized systems, files, and documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and general office operations
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency across the team
  • Assist with onboarding, employee coordination, and HR processes
  • Support accounts payable (AP): invoices, tracking, vendor follow-ups
  • Learn internal systems, compliance processes, and reporting

What You’ll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
