We specialize in elevated catering services for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, showers, and more. Our full-service catering is available at La Venta Inn and at various off-premises venues in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant, located in Torrance, CA. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage the daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and coordinating events. This role also involves handling confidential information, preparing and editing documents, and liaising with clients and vendors. The assistant will support the President with her tasks and ensure the smooth running of office activities.
You will serve as a trusted partner, helping to streamline operations, manage key communications, and ensure the President’s time is used as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and adept at handling complex logistics and sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
