Job summary

Socket.dev, a leader in developer tooling, is seeking an experienced Administrative Lead for our Google Cloud AI organization in the United States. You will partner with executive leaders, anticipate needs, optimize calendars, travel, and internal operations to keep teams focused on core objectives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment.
• Experience with leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and administrative workflows.
• 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management.
• Experience acting as a point of contact for external-facing stakeholders.
• Experience with commercial and technical aspects of Cloud Computing and Enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to provide counsel, manage ambiguity, and maintain composure under engaging priorities.
• Excellent financial acumen related to purchase orders, vendor agreements, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global executive calendar and travel to optimize the executive's time and ensure alignment with business priorities, including preparing briefing materials.
• Manage expense management, purchasing, and budget tracking with discretion and accuracy.
• Advocate and implement productivity tools, including generative AI, to proactively administrative workflows and drive operational excellence across the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive-sponsored programs and team events, managing logistics, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Act as a confidential and professional liaison between the executive, their direct reports, and key internal/external partners, providing administrative and organizational support.
