Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• Experience architecting, deploying, or managing large-scale cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Experience managing incident response, mitigating failures, and configuring monitoring or alert systems for production environments.
• Experience building automation, internal tooling, or AI-driven solutions to replace manual operational work.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap to optimize Trusted Partner Cloud (TPC) operations, reducing toil and risk.
• Develop strategies to minimize correlated failures across sovereign universes as new regions launch.
• Lead convergence and integration of turn-up graphs to streamline new region/service deployments.
• Lead AI/ML solutions including agentic tooling and RAG diagnostics to automate operations.
• Partner with leadership and operators to align incident response and sustainable operating models.
