Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2 years administrative or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently with minimal instructions.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for two directors and sub-department leaders.
• Coordinate sub-department administrative functions and travel arrangements.
• Assist with project management and reporting tasks.
• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
• Support departmental communications and reporting processes.
