Job summary

You will manage visitor programs, handle financial transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting committees, projects and events.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high level administrative support including managing complex calendars and schedules, assisting with complex meetings and events.
• Use professional concepts and skills to apply organizational policies and procedures to oversee a variety of ongoing administrative operational issues.
• Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
• Oral, written and interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders including staff, students, residents and faculty; strong proofreading and editing skills.
