Qualifications

• 10+ years of actuarial or related experience, with exposure to reserving.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit processes.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the reserving governance framework.
• Lead the development and maintenance of documentation for reserving methodologies, assumptions, and processes.
• Oversee execution and testing of controls related to reserving and coordinate with audit teams.
• Coordinate with Actuarial, Finance, Risk and Audit teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and governance processes; promote best practices.
