Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Executive Officer and Action Officer to support critical national security priorities, combining strategy and execution to drive operational clarity. You will orchestrate high-visibility taskings, align across teams, and modernize policies to maximize enterprise efficiency.

Requirements include 5+ years supporting Intelligence Community customers, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a Bachelor's in Business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Intelligence Community customers.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day office operations, monitoring key deliverables and tracking action items to completion.
• Experience identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvement initiatives across leadership workflows.
• Experience with the lifecycle of executive taskers, routing assignments, monitoring deadlines and auditing submissions for quality and compliance.
• Experience with government tasking tools.
• Ability to design, optimize, and document core business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level government clients.
• Ability to think proactively and identify critical gaps in coordination process.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
