Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Program Operations Lead to help clients grow and transition by analyzing operations and guiding improvements. You will lead discussions with stakeholders and engineers to map current structures and identify better practices.

The role requires 5+ years in military or government environments, coordinating across multiple organizations, and preparing senior leaders for briefings and decisions. A Secret clearance is required and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in military headquarters or policy environments
Experience in a military, civil service, or government contractor role
Experience coordinating actions and initiatives across multiple organizations or stakeholders
Experience preparing senior leaders for meetings, briefings, and decisions.
Experience developing staff products, including memos, decision papers, and reports
Experience with MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
Ability to track and manage tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and synthesize complex information into concise recommendations
Ability to prioritize competing requirements
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Public Administration, Political Science, or Business field

Responsibilities

Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers to identify improvement areas
Oversee development of an overall picture of client operations and outcomes for leadership
Advise U.S. Army senior leadership on a path forward
Support operational analysis and change management efforts for the client
Prepare senior leaders for meetings, briefings, and decisions
