Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience (5+ years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in industrial real estate or construction projects is preferred.
• Strong safety program experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope and oversee change management processes.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance, standards, and quality requirements.
• Drive accountability for deliverables and timely action plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare executive-level reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
