Job summary

GEICO Conyers, GA Local Office is looking for Insurance Sales Agents to join the team. You will work with exclusive leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities include quoting, closing, following up on leads, serving existing accounts, and building relationships. Training, licensing support, and a Monday–Friday schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• GA Insurance Producer License preferred; employer is willing to pay expense to obtain the license.
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Good customer service skills or prior experience
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
• High level of dependability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call environment
• Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
• Multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Learn GEICO products and how to sell our benefits to potential customers.
• Quoting and closing prospect sales leads with superior service.
• Engaging new prospects and following up on leads.
• Leads provided by Agent; NO COLD CALLING.
• Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right information.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Must be able to work 10:30-5:00 pm Shift Monday- Friday with potential to move to 9-5 after licensing and training completed.
