GEICO Conyers Local Office is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to work exclusive leads, connect customers with savings and coverage, and deliver exceptional service from a fast-paced call-center environment. No cold calling; licensing support provided.

Role emphasizes high-energy engagement on calls, cross-selling opportunities, and building lasting client relationships while leveraging multi-system quoting tools and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• GA Insurance Producer License preferred; employer will cover licensing costs.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Highly motivated, self-driven with strong attention to detail and time management.
• High-energy, fast-paced, call center-like environment experience is a plus.
• Strong computer, typing, and grammar skills; ability to multitask.
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn GEICO products, quote and close prospect leads, and engage with new prospects.
• Service existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to support customer retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Strong persuasion skills, competitive spirit, and a high-energy personality suited to being on the phone up to 75% of the day.
• Strong computer skills for multi-system quoting, sharp attention to detail, and punctuality to see each quote through to completion.
