The role focuses on educating educators and offering a comprehensive multiline portfolio, supported by cutting-edge technology and a dedicated service representative.

The position offers competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, plus quarterly production incentives and market-building programs to maximize earnings

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency with a focus on educators' insurance solutions.
• Present products to groups and individuals and grow your client base.
• Network at community and industry events to expand reach.
• Leverage Horace Mann's technology and support to scale operations.
