Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and build a financially secure future. You will operate in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio, supported by a dedicated service representative.

Earn competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with an incentive package and quarterly rewards during the first 48 months, plus ongoing market and relationship-building opportunities.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry.
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses for Life/Health and P&C.
FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required in your region.

Responsibilities

Identify solutions to help educators access affordable insurance and financial security.
Develop market access and build strong educator relationships.
Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
actively participate in networking, community and industry events.
Invest time and resources to ensure long-term business success.
