Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will work remotely within an exclusive territory, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio to build a successful agency.

You’ll receive a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with incentives, a dedicated service representative, and ongoing training to support growth in your market.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable in your region

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory.
• Confidently present insurance products to educators and individuals.
• Invest time and resources to grow your book of business and network at events
