Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities is seeking self-motivated individuals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents. You will build and own an exclusive territory, serving educators with affordable insurance solutions and financial security.

This 1099 opportunity includes performance-based incentives, quarterly rewards, a dedicated service representative, and ongoing training. An independent path with no external office required for two years supports your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred; ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop an exclusive territory to grow educator client base.
• Confidently present insurance and financial solutions to groups and individuals.
• Build and nurture relationships through networking, community and industry events.
• Operate as a self-directed independent agent with limited or no external office for the first 2 years.
