Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to own and operate a territory with an exclusive niche. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to deliver affordable insurance solutions for educators.

Expect performance-based 1099 compensation, a 48-month incentive package, and quarterly production incentives. A dedicated service representative supports client service, enabling focus on growing your agency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Present products to groups and individuals with confidence.
• Build market access and strong relationships through networking and community involvement.
