Qualifications

• 2-5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident state licenses: Life and Health, Property & Casualty (as applicable).
• Ability to obtain FINRA licenses (6 & 63) if required in your region.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit educators to become exclusive agents.
• Present Horace Mann products and solutions to clients and groups.
• Build and manage your own agency, focusing on relationships and growth.
• Leverage Premier Service Representative support to serve clients efficiently.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to expand opportunities.
