This role focuses on market access, relationship-building, and presenting tailored products to groups and individuals, leveraging ongoing training and a niche market designed for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License, Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your exclusive Horace Mann agency for educators.
• Present products to groups and individuals to build your client base.
