Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions. You will build and manage your own agency, leverage a comprehensive product portfolio, and benefit from a dedicated service representative and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, state licenses for life/health and property/casualty, and may need FINRA 6/63 where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident state general lines licenses required for insurance products.
• Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency to serve educators with affordable insurance solutions.
• Identify market access opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Present products to groups and individuals with confidence and clarity.
• Engage in networking, community events, and industry activities to grow your business.
