Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking Exclusive Agents to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions. This role offers performance-based compensation, a 48-month incentive package, and a dedicated Premier Service Representative to support client service while you build your agency.

You will develop market access, build relationships, and present products to groups and individuals, leveraging Horace Mann’s multiline portfolio and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Resident state general lines licenses: Life, Health, P&C.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if required.
