Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent to build and own a niche agency within a defined territory. You will work with a comprehensive multiline product portfolio and cutting-edge technology to serve educators with affordable insurance solutions.

You will receive a dedicated service representative to handle support tasks while you focus on growth, marketing, and relationship-building to drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, P&C.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build your agency.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance and financial security.
• Focus on market access and building strong relationships with clients.
