Job summary

Vamonos IT is seeking a skilled Microsoft Exchange Online Administrator to join our team in Ashburn, VA. You will manage Exchange Online and related 365 services, monitor performance, and ensure high availability while enforcing security controls and efficient mail routing.

You will work with on-prem to Exchange Online migrations, design mail flow rules, and provide Tier 2/3 support. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft Exchange Online and Exchange Server.
• Strong understanding of 365 services, PowerShell, and email security protocols.
• Experience with migration tools and processes (hybrid, cutover/staged).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting email delivery, mail flow, and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Exchange Online environments for clients and internal teams.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage users, mailboxes, groups, permissions, and policies within Exchange Online and 365.
