Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Exchange Engineer to join its Infrastructure Team in Syracuse, NY. You will design, optimize, and safeguard Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, implement security and compliance controls, and automate tasks with PowerShell to improve reliability and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with security, networking, and IT teams to deliver enterprise-ready messaging services, support hybrid identities, and lead upgrades and migrations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in information technology, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019+ and Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Administration, AD, Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve a modern messaging environment supporting enterprise-scale operations.
• Design, optimize, and safeguard Microsoft messaging platforms.
