Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery and following safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities on construction sites.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers; operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position for loading and material handling.
• Take actions to avoid hazards and obstructions such as utilities and other workers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oiling or greasing equipment and making minor adjustments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the crew on site.
